Looking to bring something new to the dinner table? With a wide variety of music, cooking, beer and wine, the Spring Beer & Wine Festival will introduce your taste buds to a gallery of tastes.
The festival runs from April 18 to 19. The Oregon Convention Center allows for large events to be hosted simultaneously. One auditorium holds “The Chef’s Stage,” which will host six different culinary classes throughout the weekend. Classes include gourmet cupcake crafting, soda making, and beer and cheese pairings.
More than 100 vendors will attend the event. These vendors range from breweries to chocolatiers. Other non-consumable service vendors will be there as well.
If you want to bring something back with you, look no farther than the event’s growler filling station. The festival will sell their own growlers for $16, which includes the price of the growler.
Make sure to arrive early: the first 500 guests on Friday enter for free.
