Crater Lake Zipline has added a fun-filled, kid-focused adventure to its repertoire. Sasquatch Hollow was created exclusively for young explorers, ages 5 to 12, to offer them an appropriate alternative to the adult-focused canopy tours.
Too often, youngsters get left out of the family fun when it comes to outdoor activities. But the park offers more than just an opportunity for amusement. According to co-owner Darren Roe, “Kids practice problem solving skills, physical agility and social skills. All these life lessons are neatly disguised as a fun adventure.”
The new park features four ziplines, a rolling rapids challenge bridge, a suspension bridge called Sasquatch Crossing and the Spiderweb. A continuous belay system gives kids the freedom to navigate the course on their own with coaching and direction from qualified guides on the ground.
