North Idaho’s Priest Lake is located just 90 minutes by car from the Spokane, Washington, and Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, I-90 corridor. Idaho State Highway 57 links Priest Lake with US Highway 2 at the city of Priest River. Spokane International Airport is the closest commercial airline facility. A small public airport with an asphalt runway is located in Priest River, 30 miles south of the lake. Two seasonal grass airstrips are located at Priest Lake and float planes are allowed on the lake.
