During the popular Driggs Plein Air Festival, registered artists and spectators are treated to free gatherings, including the week-long exhibition and sale of more than 250 plein air paintings of the area. Fun for spectators and collectors alike, the festival includes an Opening Reception, 3 Paint Outs, 2 Quick Draws Competitions, professional artist demonstrations, Competition Award Ceremony and Closing Reception. Many of these activities take place at other popular local cultural events such as Symphony on Sunday, Shakespeare in the Parks and Music on Main. The 6th Annual Driggs Plein Air Festival takes place July 23 – July 29, 2017.
