Idaho-style…From the farm-to-fork restaurant scene of downtown Boise to the posh ski resorts of Sun Valley, local chefs are taking advantage of the local bounty and pairing their creations with local wines. Nearly 200 significant agricultural crops are grown in Idaho, starting with potatoes (12 billion pounds annually). More than two million head of cattle are raised on Idaho ranches. Idaho ranks 2nd in barley and plums; 3rd in onions, beets and mint; and it’s the fastest growing dairy state. To add to the delicious eats, wine is the fasting growing agriculture commodity in the state and its here to stay. Wine is simply another extension of the area’s agricultural bounty. Visit Idaho and taste all of the deliciousness it has to offer. http://www.idahowines.org/    https://visitidaho.org/
